categorizing the datebook

I am a school teacher and I am interested in being able to
keep 2 seperate datebooks in my pda. However, I would like
to do this from the desktop as well. I would like to do
this through the datebook by categorizing it. is there a
way around this?

If you wanted to sort by category (i.e. work/home) you could easily keep
two different calendars. Just hide and show each category at the
appropriate times.

If I understand your wish well, you don't need a way "around" this.
All you need to do is add a category to each of your appointments, and
filter on the categories to have only that one in view. This can be
done both in Outlook on your desktop and in Calendar on your Pocket
