CD\DVD boot option is missing

Iam having Lenovo b40-30 laptop and i wont to install windows 7 on it as it comes with windows 8.1 pro pre installed. i went to insydeh20 bios utility setup and i enabled legacy but it does not have dvd or usb boot option as well i cannot add any other boot option as UEFI mode also does not any boot option

please help me

reviews say that laptop has no dvd fitted but comes with an empty bay for one to be installed if you wish?
