I would like to know if it is possible to get access from another device to my phone that was lost....like my photos an videos and can I also delete what is stored on the lost phone from another device?will I also be able to access my phone contacts that is currently stored on my lost device?

Not unless the information are sync to an online account. If they are only store on the phone, they are gone.
