CFG File reapearring

Hi,
I have this file on my computer named WB.CFG that keeps reapearring in the roaming folder, I have run multiple scans but nothing pops up. Does anyone know how to remove this kind of virus?

Open it up in Notepad/Wordpad and see what it is.
A cfg file on its own is harmless.

This is what was in notepad:

However, whenever this file reapears, a fake pc update window opens prompting me to update.

Sometimes reading the cfg file will give a clue, but that means nothing to me !
Try running MalwareBytes.. it's free and very good at catching malware that antivirus programs don't pick up.
