change 1/4 connectors to speakon on a speakers

Hi, I have a speakers with 1/4 connector and I would like to change to speakon connector I buy. The speakers have a 12 inch speaker and a horn tweeter. I see the new connector have 4 pins 1+, -1, 2+ and 2-. How I make the connection?
