Solved! Change capitalization of letters with no remote

Trying to connect to wifi with password, the TV buttons won't change capitalization also doesn't have a done button. I have a universal remote but it doesn't have the colored buttons. That are suggested. Is there a way around this or should I just buck up and buy a universal remote with colored buttons?

So you don't have the original remote with the TV ?
If your TV has USB ports you could try plugging in a USB keyboard or even a wireless keyboard and try that.
