or another graphics card

No. Gpu is not upgradable on that model.

No it's not possible to add a dedicated graphics card in this laptop .
The main issue is that you won't be having a slot for it. Still if want then you can add a graphics card by adding an external port nd all, but that's cumbersome and is not recommended by gamers.
