change the graphics card

can i buy a strong graphics card then this one ( http/prntscr.com/a6tdl4 )
i have DELL labtop and Here are the specs ( windows 10 - RAM 8GB - intel(r) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz )
pls let me know if i can change it and get a strong one or not

It is not possible to change a laptop graphics because it is soldered on by manufacturers to prevent future upgrades.
