Question change the SD card as internal memory

I've some issues about problem to set SD card as an internal memory on my phones. FYI, i'm using vivo phones (android 9.1) with 3/32 RAM/ROMS spec. So, my question is how can i set my SD card as my internal storage on my phones? I've already know the basic step guide is usng the function on settings but on my phones when i go into the settings on the part "RAM and storage space", it's just show the menu info for my SD card and the others menu like mount/unmount SD card and erase SD card but the menu to set as internal memory or formatting isn't there. So, how can i set my SD card as internal and if the manufacturer block that functions, did have anyway to set this SD card as internal memory?

Not every mobile support this feature to make SD card as internal memory. To check whether your mobile support or not, you can search on the Internet. If not, then it is only possible after rooting your mobile phone.
