Change Website Background Color?

I'm on the different web pages. I go to Yahoo, ebay, Facebook, ESPN. Tonight I noticed that the lettering is in yellow and the background is black. The desktop is in black but that is the correct color. How do I get the letters from yellow to black? By playing around I have no idea how but 3/4 of the letters on websites are black and just a small percentage is left yellow. Help please.

Could be a contrast setting.

Check the "Ease of Access" settings on your computer.
