Chargeing my laptop from USB-C

I have an Acer spin 5 SP515-51GN. If I know well, I can charge this with USB-C from my powerbank but when I plug in, nothing happen. Why?
I have this powerbank.
I also tryed to charge is from my phone adapter but still nothing.

Your power bank only has 2 USB 2.0 outputs so I guess you are using a USB-A to USB-C cable? USB 2.0 cannot deliver sufficient power.
