Solved! Charger Threats

My laptop charges good while it is in off mode.
And as I open it, it start to make (tut) (tut) sound, and laptop show charging and not charging in microsecond gap.

Try another charger, especially if you replaced it before with a generic one not from the laptop vendor.
If that does not help, then you would need to examine the charging port to make sure it's connected solidly in the system.
