Acer Aspire E5-575-33BM for $350. 7th generation Core i3-7100u, Intel HD 620 graphics core, 1080p screen. Based on user reviews and official reviews, it seems to have pretty good battery life of 7 hours with average usage (no games). I am actually thinking about buying this myself to replace my aging Lenovo IdeaPad Y470 from 2011. But I am waiting to see if it will go on sale during Black Friday.

The link below has some benchmarks for the Intel HD 620. However, be aware that the benchmarks are from laptops using a Core i7-7500u (3.5GHz max), not a Core i3-7100u (2.4GHz). The more CPU dependent the game is larger the potential performance difference between...

The more CPU dependent the game is larger the potential performance difference between the two CPUs. However, I do not believe CSGO is very CPU dependent so the performance difference should not be too bad.

According to the link, the i7-7500u is able to get 42.7 FPS in CSGO at 1080p using ultra settings. I would guess the i3-7100u would probably get mid 30's FPS using the same setting. At worse, you would need to drop down to high or medium settings @ 1080p to improve performance.

Note, the laptop only comes with 1 stick of 4GB DDR4 RAM. You need to buy and install another stick of 4GB DDR4 RAM so that the RAM will run at full speed rather than at half speed which would decrease game performance. RAM is pretty inexpensive at $22.
