CHEAPEST Laptop that can play sims 3

I've been looking around for a laptop for my girl But I want something cheap (400 or less) that can play sims 3. She will basically only use the computer for the basic web-surfing as well as playing old school emulators (nes, snes, genesis, etc.) and the occasion small pc game (audiosurf plants vs zombies).

In addition to small games like these I'd like something that can at least play sims 3 (all low settings are fine) as the requirements seem to be low. Are their any laptops in the range i'm looking for that can handle the tasks I mentioned? I'd like one with a GPU, low end or not.

Also, please no "just spend more for X processor" or "you'd be better off getting X system". Is there a laptop in the range I stated that can handle the tasks I mentioned If there is not that's cool.

It won't be the smoothest gaming experience, but it should get the job done.

Bestbuy has several laptops under $400 that can handle Sims3. Amd's 4250 graphics has about triple the performance of Intel's 4500 graphics, something to keep in mind.

You're not going to find a new laptop with dedicated graphics at $400. Maybe a used one from Ebay or Craigslist. I recently got my girl a laptop with a 4250, it averages Sims3 1366x768 at about 30fps even with AA turned up a little, some settings on low, some high. She is happy with it.

Whats the processor in that one you bought and what was the price?

The CPU is a P320 dual@2.1GHz, the laptop cost $399 on sale at Office Depot, it's $529 now though. One of the new K10.5 laptop CPUs that came out this June.

The laptop feels very quick, battery lasts 3 1/2 hours surfing, the touchpad and speakers don't impress, but overall I thought it was a good deal.
