So basically, I wanted to check if I had a RAT or not and now I'm extremely paranoid because I have no idea whether I do or not, and would greatly appreciate if someone here could confirm and ease my anxiety for me (or potentially make it worse lol). thanks in advanced everyone

"Foreign address" means absolutely nothing. It is not some outside entity trying to get inside.

That is simply some application on your system, doing whatever it is supposed to be doing.
The Local address column entries that start with 127.xxx is simply your host system loopback.
The entries that start with 192.168.xxx is your system, talking to elsewhere. Your browser talking to here at...
