Recently my laptop may have been hacked, it acts on its own sometimes, when I am on the internet or working on some other program. Sometimes when I am working on some other program portions of the program just pop up with out me pressing any keys. I did antivirus, spyware, malware, and cc cleaner, found some ad tracking cookies and couple of other issues which were taken care of. When I check the IP addresses there were some established, IP addresses, most were for my internet provider or software. However, when I checked this morning I found a couple with a DoD network information center address in San Francisco. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can check and verify that this may be a hacker?
