Check signal cable

Tried to put on Amazon Prime but I get this message. How do I fix it.

Has it worked before or is this a new setup?

What device(s) are you using? What device is giving you the message?

Did you check the signal cable to ensure that it is fully and firmly plugged in?

Have you tried another known working signal cable?
