Checking wifi card

I bought a new Dell inspiron 15 3567 i3 7gen laptops. My brother tried install windows 8.1 and it was successful but when we try to update drivers we couldn't install wifi driver. We tried many wifi drivers from their official website and others. But every time it says installation failed. What's the reason for that? How to know if my laptop has wifi card? We couldn't connect to any wifi connection. Please help. :----(

Did you install 32 bit or 64 bit Windows?

Looks like Dell has only a single WiFi driver for 8.1 64 bit. Did you try running the Dell automatic driver detection utility from their driver home page?
