As for China...

This is actually a reasonable smart idea. I am against it but this seems to be a reasonable effective way to get 5000000 links quickly. They want to rid the internet of porn but can't so they will block every known site. Why they offer so much cash i do not know, they should have started at $100 and after the first 50k sites are reported, raise the reward to $200
