1. If you sell a brand you can use the brand to inform the customers of it. There is of course a limitation in how much you are allowed to do this. Here the customers could draw a conclusion they are buying directly from apple and not from a third party, which is why those stores went too far.
2. No you dont need any additional permissions. If they got the apple stuff legally with all necessary licences, the act of that sale is the permission. Most video stores and rental stores do have an adult section as well as a kid section.
3. It's 'a' hero, the 'h' is not mute.
