Option one is

Ultra graphics not required really, high would be nice

I’d go for the laptop with SSD. Here is another suggestion.

Xotic PC will offer the asus GL502VM with 6700HQ + GTX 1060 for around $1100 - $1300 then I think you should wait until augost or september

Getting such a basic hardware at these days is not worth it the 10xx series for notebooks have just come out and have very competitive prices

In your contry you might get a 965M for that price at least

BTW don't pick a laptop if you don't need it
