You didn't include what GPU is in the two notebooks. By just the look of the CPU, RAM and SSD/HDD the 15R is probably better.

Im brand new to laptops so i dont really know how the market is, AMD is better than Intel in a laptop?

That's heavily dependent on the specific APU. There are some APUs which are better than either of the laptops he's mentioned, and some which are far, far worse. I have a laptop with an A4-3305m and it's absolutely terrible (it wasn't my choice to get it).

Anyway, to the OP, what are you looking for in a laptop? Because if all you're trying to do is use it for music, word processing, video playback, and web browsing than either of those laptops are sufficient. If it's for gaming, then if I were you I'd look towards Lenovo and be willing to spend closer to $800 (or hope they have a really good black friday deal).
