Chromebook screen won't come on

Brand new 2018 Acer Chromebook. Blue light powet comee on and blue charging light works, just screen never comes on. Help!

If this is a brand new device, take it back and have them exchange it for a working one. No new device should give you problems.

Thanks for your response. I know!! So frustrated. Was up all nite. Acer techs absolutely no help. No choice but to ship back to mfg.
