Hello,I have a Model KDL-40V2500 am having a problem and also bought Protection Plan and need some one to come and look at it as I am 83 yrs. old and have no one to help me.

wow,thats a nice tv...since CC went out of business,i dont know if the extended protection plan is being coverd by anyone else anymore,you could try sony support and explain the situation to them.....but you came to the right place for help,there's lots of very knowledgeable people on these boards,hopefully someone can help you,i feel bad for you,and wish I could you out more........

is the tv broken or is it something you cant get working right,maybe if you could describe the problem a little bit it would help out a bit
