OK I got it working with 3 phones now so this tells me any phone with usb-type c connector this most likely will work
Steps
You will need a capture card for PC, Camlink 4k usb (works clean hdmi), AVerMedia HD cards don't work
You needed a usb type-c to hdmi adapter
high quality HDMI cable
then go to the market/play story and download open camera
go into the open camera settings / on screen GUI / Immersive Mode and select hide everything. done
now plug everything in and use the broadcasting software of your choice!

USB-C type connector with USB3 chip phones should work. Some only provide the USB C port but didn´t implement USB3, only USB2

I just got it working on a Note 10, with a cheap $20 Camlink knockoff. The phone opens Dex on connection, but that can be closed. The stock camera doesn't have an option to disable the GUI, and I wasn't keen on spending $15 for Filmic, just to have an empty screen. Looked at Open Camera, but missed the Immersive Mode option, so thanks!
