Solved! Dual monitor setup on a laptop

Hello I have an Asus vivobook x571lh-al084 and I was wondering how can I setup two external monitors on that laptop. Bought myself a Docking Station Hama Multiport, 5 Ports, HDMI, LAN, USB Type-C but either I have driver issues or something else because my second monitor that goes in that station doesn't work / not identified by windows.
Does someone know if that laptop usb-c / usb supports video output ?
Any advice on how to setup a dual monitor configuration ?

Well from their specs can't tell if it supports or not.. If it doesn't support what can I do regarding the dual monitor setup ?

What ports on the docking station are you using to physically connect to your external displays? Are you using any adapters with those connections?

No I'm not using any adapters I plugged it in type-c port and my second monitor in the hdmi

I've spoke with asus support today and it seems that my laptop has only data transfer on the c-type port.

yeah, like I said before. spec list what supported, they don't list what is not supported



there are usb only external monitor.
