Clear stubborn malware virus on micro SD card

I have a 16 gig micro sd card, im using it for 2 years now, everytime i try to format it or erase it via phone or computer it whipe the stuff completely but after few moments or minutes everything i removed is back again, when downloading apps or videos they become corrupted, seriously need help guys any suggestions?

give this a try.
connect the card in windows safe mode.
open the disk manager.
remove all the partitions from the card.
reboot into windows full mode
open disk manager and make a new partition.
format and see if the disk is working.
