Clevo M980NU Worth it?

I found a Clevo M980NU for 150 euros which is pretty cheap for a upgradable laptop ...: specs:

EDIT : i plan to changing the GTX 280 SLI to something DX12 Capable so that i can play FO4 and SSE thats my main usage,i don't play to game much more than those games and sims 4 aswell
and also school works and coding

That system does not really have any upgradability, CPU is too slow for any newer games, and you will have a hard time finding any usable faster video cards. Save your $150 unless you are OK with the system as it is.
