If the card is the problem same thing would happen to the external monitor.have u check your lcd cable?make sure its properly connected to the motherboard

Now i'm playing arma3 wirt external monitor

have u try the old card back again to see if the problem is still there or go away?which bios do u flash for the card and whats the voltage?

Yeah No problem with old vga
And i didnt touch clock/voltage
