How much would just the chassis of this cost on its own with no components?

You can buy essentially a bare bones laptop and customize it yourself here, i.e. add the components from the clevo.

i have the same question also.

I would like to buy the Clevo barebone also and do it myself buying parts. anyone can find a retailer? or are we doomed to wait till it becomes obsolete and not a hot item before we can get the barebook?
