CMD Apps Open & Close to Fast.. Help?

So CMD Tools that I try out all open & close to fast.. I tried compatability mode/Admin
Nothing works, Do I actually got to goto the file in CMD or something, & if its is there a faster way to do it?

Open "Command prompt", navigate to the folder where your script is stored, and start it from there.
