I did a driver update with slim drivers and installed some new ones and updated some others. I now have Intel Rapid Storage and I dont know if that is causing this issue. Every now and then i get tabbed out of what im doing and a cmd panel is there and immediately closes. It has text on it but i dont know what it is as it closes too fast. I have ran a malware bytes and hitman pro scan and neither of them came up with anything. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Disable all if you can, then see if the issue persists. If it does, then I do not have any more suggestions other than to reload your PC. :??:

Open up the run command with the Win + R key combo.
Type in winver into the run command text box and hit OK. You should now see a dialog screen revealing the version. Please post version again.

Looks like v1607. I had a similar issue with CMD on v1709 after I upgrading from v1703. CMD would not open, when I open it, it would open and close within a split second. Could not find a fix, eventually reloaded my pc , now I can use CMD again.

Try upgrading to v1709

Have you checked that there is no scheduled task that runs every hour?

Click on "Task Scheduler Library', and check that there are no tasks scheduled to run hourly by checking the triggers .
