I start up my windows 10 laptop and once desktop appears a cmd prompt with a title c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
with an empty space, nothing inside.

A moments later, the prompt exits and shuts down my laptop.

I tried to exit the cmd prompt before it does itself but same thing happens.

Even tried opening a new cmd.exe and entered shutdown -a but it says laptop isnt being shut down.

Solution
Safemode is a good idea if you can get into that. F8 on bootup?
Then from there you can checkout the startup and see why its doing that.
I suspect some malware, but hard to say right now.
ZHPCleaner is the best for removing malware
