Coax (over the air) to hdmi

Hi everyone. So I am ready to switch from my cable provider, to over the air free hd! Anyway, my issue seems to be this. I have one particular tv hung on the wall. All that is going to the tv itself is one hdmi, which goes to my onkyo receiver which handles everything ( cable box, xbox, blueray etc) so my issue is I need to get a coax from the antenna to the tv itself but this is impossible now with the finished wall (concrete block so I'm not just being lazy. The receiver itself has a coax hookup but it seems it is for a FM antenna. This is the onkyo ht-rc360. So I need a solution for my coax from the antenna coming in, then to a hdmi which will go into my receiver. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Buy a Digital TV tuner box with an HDMI out.
