Coloured lines and white screen with lines on Elephone phone

Hi!
In a elephone phone while opens normally start logo, after a little at random times sees colored lines and / or a white screen with lines, and turn off.After opens after 5-10 minutes. Watch the video:

The moment that shows the lines is at 0:33.
I wait suggestions / ideas what could be wrong and do them.

HI OLorina,

have you tried doing a factory reset on your phone? Just be advised that doing a factory reset will delete all your files so better save your files in your computer for back up. If resetting the phone didn't help, this may be an issue with your LCD or screen so better have your phone checked if the reset didn't change or remove the white screen with lines. hope this helps!
