com surrogate and svchost virus or not?

i have searched internet but no one really explains whether this can be virus or normal windows process. when i open task manager i briefly see 3 com surrogate processes until they dissapear and 13 svhost.exes. as i understand they heavily burden cpu usage but when idle i use about 2% of cpu and 15-20% memory. i have windows 10. i searched computer with hitman pro, malwarebytes anti-malware and adwcleaner and found nothing. should i be worried or not?
