Combat Flight Simulator - Direct X 11 Patch??

Combat Flight Simulator3 refuses to run on new hardware running Direct X 11

I have just replaced my gaming PC with new hardware running Windows 7 64bit and now I cant even get Combat Flight Simulator 3 to run. I keep getting a message telling me the game can't run on Direct X 11

It a 2002 games, Microsoft not going to patch it for DirectX 11.
Do you know which version of DirectX? you could download that instead.

look like it might run on directX 9
