Command promp ? comming through ip address

My computer was hacked my ip address and now I'm seeing command prompts flashing on a brand new computer. I closed my old email account a Trojan horse and a malicious fake tech support company calling themselves Code Red.hacked my computer and installed malware. I put the old computer in the shop and bought another one. The new one is now flashing command prompts. except I see that the message is short and contains no passwords. Any advice anyone? I'm embarrassed that I let a hacker in; it happened at a moment when I was off guard.

What is the message? May help identify the source of the attack and a AV remover that will remove the infection(s).

If the new computer got infected so quickly you may have a bigger problem....

In any case, get the computer(s) off of the internet and off of your network.

Run your AV software along with whatever else you have available to clean out viruses and malware. Try Malwarebytes and other free AV software.

You may need to go somewhere and create a boot disk of some sort to help clean the system depending on the nature of the infections.

Do the same for all computers and devices on your network. Uninstall any recent software installations and change all passwords.

Do not connect any computers back until you are absolutely sure that they are free of malware. And start by connecting only one for at least of couple of days. Just to ensure that it does not get re-infected.

you might want to factory reset/default any routers you might be going through/connecting with , as well....
