I used the system recovery on the laptop and when it got to 94% it failed. The screen flashed a few times and said to it was installing and then it went off and when it came back on it had the message operating system not found on a black screen. Can anyone help please

Are you doing a system recovery from the original recovery discs? Was the unit working prior to trying the system recovery?
