Solved! computer boots up to bios only

I was busy with updates when I had a power failure. Now my pc only boots up to BIOS. Please explain easy way as I am not familiar with terminology.

There is no easy way to fix this, you will likely need to run a Windows repair using your setup disk if not a full clean Windows setup. You may want to get some help locally if you are really new to working with computers since you also are very likely not to have any backups of your files, bookmarks, etc... and would need help getting the files out before a clean setup.
