Computer crashes and I have to do emergency restart after close any game

My PC crashes after I close any sort of game PLS help me!
Every time I exit a new game the PC freezes shortly after. I would play the game for some time, everything works perfectly fine, but shortly after I close the game the PC freezes all of the sudden and I can't open any programs or interact with anything and “Ctrl-Alt-Delete” does nothing. I must restart the PC to be able to do anything again. It has been a problem that just started like 2 weeks ago, since I built my PC 8 months ago, and the PC is built with brand new components. I haven't tried any older games I mainly play APEX, Valorant, and R6. I hope you can help me!

I've tried the following
Clean booting my PC
I recently just put some CPU thermal paste in just to see if it was a heating problem

PC specs
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
NVidia 1650 Super
2x8 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
ROG Strix B-450F Gaming Motherboard
I have windows 10 installed on my SSD
4 Corsair fans

open the pc. unless you have some generic psu. it will be on the psu

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage?
run any memory test?
malware scan the system?
latest motherboard bios and chipset driver?
test with another psu?

Well my GPU usually stays are 40-60 and CPU is usually 65-75
haven't ran mem. test recently
I did a malware scan yesterday
the motherboard is up to date
don't have another PC could use
