Computer keep turning off when reaches starting windows

Boot in safe mode and do a system restore. The sentence says it all.

same thing happens to me also when trying to boot to safe mode! will not boot. swhuts down

I'm getting the same problem and I cannot find an answer anywhere. This is the only post that I've found. Have you fixed the problem?
