Computer keeps crashing

My computer all of a sudden started just crashing, nothing that I know of updated or changed. It turned on and would go to the loading sign sit there for a long period. If I let it go long enough it would come up but with everything really big, than crash with a sad face and some error. After it would say your computer failed to restart attempting to fix computer, after doing that multiple times. I tried just doing a system restore it would get about 4% and crash. I than tried it with a full format, but would still get the same results. I'm pretty sure my computer was have video hardware failure previously, but don't know for sure if it is just completely gone. I say that because it would start flashing and then would just crash. Any suggestions?

Okay so I tried everything and nothing seems to work I created a bootable USB of windows 10 and I tried to load off of it but the computer won't even accept that. It will sit there on the loading sign then then will switch to either a memory management error or that kmode error. I even went into bios and disable all other boot options besides the USB drive.

Just got a kernel error ass well.

Paul i cannot access anything I can't even boot the computer. the computer will not even boot in safe mode. It keeps going through the "repairing disk errors." But changes nothing
