Computer problem, alway going right.

Hey guys, I have a problem on my computer as you can see by the title.
My computer is always going to the right.

Say for example: On the main screen, Skype is to the LEFT of Steam.
Every time I click on Skype, it would go to Steam. Which is to the right of Skype.
Also, everytime I go to Google Images, my computer will randomly start scrolling down.

My Keyboard and Mouse is not the problem.
I am unsure about my Touchpad as I have a Laptop.

I am unable to disable my touchpad as I said, my computer will only click something to right.

So, Yes is to the left of the No option right? Everytime I click Yes it goes to No.

My computer also has a thing called Synaptics Point Driver. I have 0 idea of what it is.
This problem comes randomly at unexpected occasions.


Thank you. I need this problem to be fixed badly.
As I need this for school and for my entertainment. ( Mainly school tho )

And please explain what a factory reset is.

This sounds like a keyboard or touchpad issue. Hook up an external keyboard and mouse, unhook the laptop keyboard, see if that works.
You may have a separate touchpad and keyboard cable on the keyboard, you can try to unhook the touchpad and see if this works.
