Computer wont turn on!

Hello,

I have a Toshiba C55-A-1HL laptop and it seems that every time i try to turn the laptop on,it cuts out after about 3-5 seconds.Anybody have a solution?

Switch the power outlet where you have connected the laptop. Can you try it with another charger?

Ensure your power connector is firmly inserted into the port on the side of your computer. If it is not, it will not be able to charge your battery or even boot up in some cases.

Also, you should inspect the power pin. Depending on the style of power adapter that computer uses, it should be located either inside the port on your computer or inside the adapter plug itself. Ensure it is not bent or broken and, if it is the case, you should bring either the adapter or laptop in for service so they can fix the connector.
