hi guys i want buy a hardcore gaming and video editing laptop which is best with premiere pro and after effect too i have choose 2 laptops listed below

1) Asus GL552VW ROG Series CN430T
2) Ideapad Y700 (80NV00J3IH)

both has same config like "1TB HDD 128 SSD RAM 16GB ,4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE 960M."
but with ASUS laptop we can upgrade RAM upto 32gb
which cant be done with laptop..so which is best to buy for gaming and editing?

Solution
Get the ASUS. ASUS laptops have a higher rep than Lenovo, especially seeing as ASUS make other computer parts and are specialist in gaming with their graphics cards and motherboards. What's the price difference? I guess the ASUS will be more expensive.

im going to be honest... for hardcore gaminjg laptops u cant get that below 2500.

what you are getting is 30-35fps on mediums ettings triple a games like the witcher 3.
streamign and recording at the same time too? with some stutter.

a 600 desktop would give you better graphics and peformance, however we get it that that isnt always possible with a studentlife.

Just beeing honest, and they both peform really the same so, look for gimicks you like on both laptops.

I was going to say that, but many people like something they can easily take to LAN parties or they don't want some bulky desktop...though in all fairness, with 17" gaming laptops being the norm, they are just as bulky as desktops. I've always been against gaming laptops, relatively low performance compared to their desktop counterparts, and they get VERY HOT. This is a serious point. If you have it on your lap, it may be uncomfortable. Be sure to factor in a cooling pad in the cost.
