Assuming you are going to use HDMI you will need an HDMI distribution amplifer to split the signal. If the TVs have different resolutions you will need one that can adjust for that. If it doesn't then you will get the lower resolution on both sets. If the distance is long you will need decent HDMI cables too. When you get the amp and cables try them before installing to make sure it works...
