Connect blue tooth headphones to tv How to do it ?

I have a Sanyo LCD_40xr11f television it is six years old and I want to pair it with some wireless headphones is this possible and how do i do it . Bearing in mind I am old and not modern technologyically illiterate.

you can try and connect your usb dongle to your TV see if that works . it works on a ps4 .. nothing will get burnt up in the process
