Connect Cell to PC

I have an HUAWEI p6 I try to connect to PC to download photos and songs. I tried bluetooth and USB port. they didnt work. what can I try more?

there's no reason Bluetooth wouldn't work - it's universal. you have the adapter for the pc properly installed and the pc and phone paired up?
