Connect firestick to Dennon AVR889

When I hook up my firestick to the dennon receiver I can get sound but no video. Does anyone have suggestions of how to fix it?

Connect the Firestick to the TV.
Connect the TV audio output to the receiver.
If they both have ARC then the HDMI cable you already have between then will work. Check the manuals on how to use ARC.
If not then you probably will need an optical audio cable. It depends on what audio outputs your TV has.
